De asemenea, trebuie luate \u00een considerare \u015fi efectele re\u0163elei electrice asupra instala\u0163iilor de \u00eenc\u0103rcare. Influen\u0163a este reciproc\u0103 din punct de vedere al receptoarelor \u015fi al posibilit\u0103\u0163ilor de utilizare a stoc\u0103rii de energie \u00een anumite zone\u201d, a declarat \u00een deschiderea evenimentului \u0218tefan Gheorghe, director general executiv al CNR-CME, subliniind necesitatea dialogului pe acest subiect.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen opinia directorului general executiv al CNR-CME, alte aspecte importante ale dezvolt\u0103rii electromobilit\u0103\u0163ii, cu referire la profitabilitatea strategiilor de dezvoltare sunt: locul de amplasare al sta\u0163iilor de \u00eenc\u0103rcare pentru asigurarea autonomiei autovehiculelor, distan\u021ba acestora fa\u021b\u0103 de re\u021belele electrice de distribu\u021bie a energiei electrice din zon\u0103, necesitatea \u00eent\u0103ririi re\u021belei electrice pentru asigurarea sporului de putere \u00een locul respectiv, tipul sta\u021biei de \u00eenc\u0103rcare (normal\u0103, rapid\u0103, ultrarapid\u0103), cu referire la puterea solicitat\u0103, schimburile de informa\u021bii unidirec\u021bionale sau bidirec\u021bionale.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen cadrul conferin\u021bei, moderate de prof. dr. emerit Nicolae Golovanov, a avut loc un foarte util schimb de informa\u021bii privind mobilitatea electric\u0103, cu eviden\u021bierea unor proiecte \u0219i a unor bune practici \u00een domeniu, au fost promovate cercet\u0103ri legate de extinderea mobilit\u0103\u0163ii electrice \u0219i solu\u0163ii noi \u0219i au fost analizate aspecte privitoare la cre\u015fterea ponderii utiliz\u0103rii automobilelor electrice \u0219i a avantajelor acestora, dar \u0219i problemele care limiteaz\u0103 performan\u0163ele lor.<\/p>\n<p>Prezent la conferin\u021b\u0103, Sorin Elisei, director general \u00een cadrul Ministerului Energiei, a precizat, printre altele: \u201eDin perspectiva Ministerului Energiei, electromobilitatea reprezint\u0103 unul dintre vectorii care ar trebui s\u0103 rezolve o problem\u0103 a decarbon\u0103rii \u00een unul dintre sectoarele cu performan\u021bele cele mai slabe privind poluarea din Romania, cel al transporturilor. O spunem din perspectiva ponderii de energie din surse regenerabile \u0219i a cre\u0219terii accelerate a consumului de energie. Din perspectiva mea, poluarea \u00een sectorul transporturilor este una mult mai palpabil\u0103 dec\u00e2t cea din domeniul energiei electrice.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>De asemenea, oficialul a subliniat c\u0103, \u00een varianta cu m\u0103suri de extindere a PNIESC (Planului Na\u0163ional Integrat \u00een domeniul Energiei \u015fi Schimb\u0103rilor Climatice), sunt necesare o mie de miliarde de euro p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een anul 2030 pentru a putea atinge \u021bintele de decarbonare, iar peste 30% din aceast\u0103 sum\u0103 ar trebui dedicat\u0103 sectorului transporturilor. \u201eDesigur exist\u0103 \u0219i varia\u021biuni legate de aceast\u0103 tem\u0103 pentru c\u0103 avem \u00een vedere produc\u021bia de biocombustibil, o migrare a transportului greu din zona rutier\u0103 spre zona feroviar\u0103 \u0219i reducerea consumului \u00een acest sector, mai ales \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te op\u021biunile alternative de mobilitate de acum \u00eencolo\u201d, a ar\u0103tat Elisei. Din punctul s\u0103u de vedere, \u201e2025 devine un an de referin\u0163\u0103 \u00een marcarea progresului p\u00e2n\u0103 la nivelul anului 2030. Dac\u0103 vom reu\u015fi, ca \u0163ar\u0103, s\u0103 atingem \u0163intele indicative pe aceast\u0103 linie cronologic\u0103, atunci nu vom fi nevoi\u0163i s\u0103 intervenim cu politici \u015fi m\u0103suri adi\u0163ionale legate de aceste \u0163inte. Cuv\u00e2ntul nostru cheie trebuie s\u0103 fie re\u021beaua electric\u0103 de distribu\u021bie. F\u0103r\u0103 re\u021bea, nu vom putea atinge \u021bintele PNIESC\u201d<em>,<\/em> a men\u0163ionat Elisei, care a mai subliniat \u0219i faptul c\u0103 PNIESC trebuie citit cu mare aten\u021be, respectat, ca un <em>road map<\/em> \u0219i apoi implementat.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eA\u015f dori s\u0103 ridic la fileu una dintre problemele care ne fr\u0103m\u00e2nt\u0103, dar care ne este \u015fi impus\u0103 de reglement\u0103rile europene, \u015fi anume evaluarea modului \u00een care electromobilitatea, sta\u0163iile de \u00eenc\u0103rcare, pot contribui la calitatea \u015fi func\u0163ionarea \u00een siguran\u0163\u0103 a re\u0163elelor la care sunt conectate. Exist\u0103 preocup\u0103ri \u00een acest sens, \u00eens\u0103 \u00een multe situa\u0163ii lipsa datelor de la operatorii de re\u0163ea, dar \u015fi lipsa preocup\u0103rii unor operatori de re\u0163ea chiar de a-\u015fi aduna aceste date din timp, a f\u0103cut un pic bizar\u0103 prima noastr\u0103 interac\u0163iune, prima noastr\u0103 \u00eencercare de a vedea modul \u00een care ei percep ajutorul pe care \u00eel pot primi din partea acestui lan\u0163 de electromobilitate\u201d, a declarat Alexandru Molnar, director \u00een cadrul ANRE, subliniind necesitatea dialogului dintre autoritatea de reglementare \u015fi operatorii de re\u0163ea, dialog care ar trebui s\u0103 duc\u0103 la apari\u0163ia unor rezultate pozitive \u00een ceea ce prive\u015fte bazele de date.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen calitate de <em>keynote speaker<\/em> al acestei conferin\u021be, Valeriu Binig, reprezentant al PPC Group, a f\u0103cut o ampl\u0103 analiz\u0103 privind interfa\u021ba dintre vehiculele electrice \u0219i pia\u021ba de electricitate la nivel na\u021bional \u0219i european \u0219i a vorbit despre rezilien\u021ba vehiculului electric la varia\u021bia pre\u021burilor energiei \u0219i despre scenariile privind penetrarea vehiculelor grele electrice, apel\u00e2nd la studiile relevante \u00een domeniu, preluate din surse interna\u021bionale (ENEDIS).<\/p>\n<p>\u201eElectrificarea Europei depinde de proliferarea mobilit\u0103\u021bii electrice \u0219i reciproc. Sectorul se afl\u0103 \u00eentr-un impas, legat \u0219i de performan\u021ba vehiculelor electrice, de pierderea competitivit\u0103\u021bii UE, de absen\u021ba infrastructurii. UE r\u0103m\u00e2ne bun\u0103 la (supra)reglementare \u0219i cu probleme la implementare. Bateriile de acumulatoare ale vehiculelor electrice devin Energy Storage Modules, asimilate generatorilor \u0219i, pe fundalul descentraliz\u0103rii produc\u021biei de energie, cap\u0103t\u0103 valen\u021be importante \u00een controlul func\u021bion\u0103rii SEN. Aceasta impune interven\u021bii legislative \u0219i de reglementare complexe care generez\u0103 \u00eent\u00e2rzieri \u00een lansarea noilor modele de vehicule electrice\u201d, este de p\u0103rere Valeriu Binig.<\/p>\n<p>Potrivit Alinei Stoenescu, Department Manager Business Development, OMV Petrom, \u021binta companiei pentru 2030 este de a avea peste 5000 de puncte de \u00eenc\u0103rcare a vehiculelor electrice, pentru anul acesta ambi\u021bia fiind de a opera\u021bionaliza aproximativ 1000 de puncte de \u00eenc\u0103rcare, finan\u021barea urm\u00e2nd a se realiza at\u00e2t cu fonduri proprii, c\u00e2t \u0219i cu surse de finan\u021bare europene. Astfel, conform reprezentantei OMV Petrom, compania a semnat \u00een 2023 un contract de finan\u021bare prin Agen\u021bia Executiv\u0103 European\u0103 pentru Clim\u0103, Infrastructur\u0103 \u0219i Mediu (CINEA) \u00een valoare de aproximativ 15 milioane euro.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen cadrul conferin\u021bei, participan\u021bii au avut oportunitatea de a evalua aspecte specifice ale vehiculelor electrice \u0219i cu combustie intern\u0103, datorit\u0103 unei analize comparative \u2013 tehnic\u0103 \u0219i economic\u0103 \u2013 a celor dou\u0103 tipuri de vehicule.<\/p>\n<p>Reiter\u00e2nd unele dintre concluziile vorbitorilor, \u0218tefan Gheorghe a subliniat: \u201eCea mai mare provocare \u00een domeniul electromobilit\u0103\u021bii o reprezint\u0103 re\u021beaua electric\u0103 de distribu\u021bie. Se \u00eencurajeaz\u0103 \u00een continuare stocarea energiei, iar statul trebuie s\u0103 dezvolte infrastructura \u00een acest sens. Legisla\u021bia rom\u00e2neasc\u0103 trebuie s\u0103 defineasc\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 stabileasc\u0103 un cadru necesar privind <em>investi\u021biile anticipative<\/em>, care trebuie ulterior promovate. Trebuie reglementat serviciul de \u00eenc\u0103rcare a vehiculelor electrice cu puteri mici (3,6 kW), pe baza unei analize cost-beneficiu.
