Din cei 86% dintre responden\u021bi care au apreciat ca fiind foarte \u0219i extrem de important s\u0103 fie pl\u0103ti\u021bi corect, 72% spun c\u0103 actualul loc de munc\u0103 le ofer\u0103 o remunera\u021bie mul\u021bumitoare.<\/p>\n<p>De asemenea, angaja\u021bii au considerat c\u0103 munca satisf\u0103c\u0103toare, colaborativ\u0103 \u0219i flexibil\u0103 este foarte important\u0103.
