De aceea, \u00een absen\u021ba unor decizii strategice categorice, este necesar\u0103 implementarea rapid\u0103 a elementelor \u00een care interesele celor dou\u0103 p\u0103r\u021bi converg, pas cu pas, inclusiv pentru a nu m\u0103ri decalajul de atractivitate fa\u021b\u0103 de angajatorii mai hot\u0103r\u00e2\u021bi c\u0103tre deciziile favorabile agendei angaja\u021bilor\u201d, este de p\u0103rere Claudia Sofianu, Partener, lider EY People Advisory Services Rom\u00e2nia \u015fi CESA.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen privin\u021ba celor mai mari riscuri care ar putea ap\u0103rea odat\u0103 cu trecerea la un sistem de lucru hibrid, altele dec\u00e2t cele legate de s\u0103n\u0103tatea fizic\u0103, 45% dintre angajatori au men\u021bionat capacitatea lor de a evalua corect \u0219i echitabil situa\u021biile \u00een care unele posturi impun sau nu un program sau un loc de munc\u0103 fix. O alt\u0103 preocupare major\u0103 men\u021bionat\u0103 de 43% dintre angajatori este modul \u00een care ar putea re\u021bine talentele \u0219i asigura flexibilitatea, \u00een timp ce pentru 40% modelul de lucru hibrid reprezint\u0103 un pericol pentru cultur\u0103, creativitate \u0219i colaborare. Alte riscuri identificate \u00een r\u00e2ndul angajatorilor vizeaz\u0103 dezvoltarea urm\u0103toarei genera\u021bii de resurse umane (39%), stabilirea \u0219i m\u0103surarea productivit\u0103\u021bii (36%), perfec\u021bionarea\/recalificarea angaja\u021bilor pentru noile modalit\u0103\u021bi de a munci (30%), adoptarea noilor tehnologii pentru a sus\u021bine munca hibrid\u0103 (28%) \u0219i \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea st\u0103rii de bine a angaja\u021bilor (28%).<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen preg\u0103tirea \u00eentoarcerii la birou, siguran\u021ba la locul de munc\u0103 devine, de asemenea, un aspect important. Conform studiului, 43% dintre responden\u021bi spun c\u0103 vor impune angaja\u021bilor s\u0103 fie vaccina\u021bi cu schema complet\u0103 \u00eenainte de a reveni la munca de la birou, iar un procent similar (42%) pl\u0103nuie\u0219te s\u0103 stimuleze vaccinarea, de exemplu prin acordarea de zile libere, \u00een condi\u021biile prev\u0103zute de lege.
