Aceasta este una dintre concluziile studiului <a href=\"https:\/\/www2.deloitte.com\/ro\/en\/pages\/operations\/articles\/gx-shared-services-survey.html?nc=1&amp;utm_source=CP&amp;utm_medium=RO&amp;utm_campaign=GSSReport2021\"><strong>2021 Deloitte Global Shared Services &amp; Outsourcing Survey<\/strong><\/a>, la care au participat peste 600 de lideri de organiza\u021bii din aproximativ 45 de \u021b\u0103ri, inclusiv Rom\u00e2nia, \u0219i care de\u021bin centre de servicii suport \u00een aproape 75 de \u021b\u0103ri.<\/p>\n<p>Abord\u0103rile legate de locul de munc\u0103 adoptate ca urmare a pandemiei reprezint\u0103 elementul de noutate \u00een sondajul din acest an. Astfel, potrivit studiului citat, organiza\u021biile caut\u0103 metode pentru a reduce \u0219i mai mult costurile \u0219i a-\u0219i cre\u0219te productivitatea, astfel c\u0103 aproximativ trei sferturi dintre responden\u021bi (73%) inten\u021bioneaz\u0103 s\u0103 implementeze un mod de lucru hibrid (dou\u0103-trei zile pe s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103 la birou) sau preponderent la distan\u021b\u0103 (14%), cu doar c\u00e2teva zile pe lun\u0103 la birou, \u0219i doar 9% pl\u0103nuiesc s\u0103 revin\u0103 la prezen\u021ba zilnic\u0103 la birou.<\/p>\n<p>Companiile sunt con\u0219tiente de faptul c\u0103 schimbarea modului de lucru va influen\u021ba cultura organiza\u021bional\u0103, starea de bine a angaja\u021bilor \u0219i strategia privind spa\u021biile de lucru. \u00cen consecin\u021b\u0103, conform sursei citate, pentru a asigura reten\u021bia angaja\u021bilor \u00een centrele de servicii suport, responden\u021bii se concentreaz\u0103 pe dezvoltarea culturii organiza\u021bionale (77%), pe eviden\u021bierea oportunit\u0103\u021bilor de bun\u0103stare \u0219i a schemelor de lucru flexibile (62%), precum \u0219i pe perspectivele de dezvoltare personal\u0103 \u0219i oportunit\u0103\u021bile de inovare (62%).<\/p>\n<p>De asemenea, studiul subliniaz\u0103 faptul c\u0103 factorii care faciliteaz\u0103 digitalizarea \u2013 \u00een esen\u021b\u0103, tehnologiile digitale care \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021besc \u0219i optimizeaz\u0103 serviciile furnizate \u2013 sunt esen\u021biali pentru modul \u00een care centrele suport inoveaz\u0103 la nivelul departamentelor pentru a ob\u021bine reduceri de costuri. Organiza\u021biile performante, care au reu\u0219it s\u0103 ating\u0103 cu succes trei sau mai multe dintre obiectivele urm\u0103rite prin centrele suport, \u0219i-au stabilit mai multe activit\u0103\u021bi de transformare digital\u0103 ca priorit\u0103\u021bi: 72% dintre acestea au implementat tehnologia RPA (automatizarea proceselor robotizate), 55% de\u021bin sisteme ERP (<em>enterprise resources planning<\/em>) integrate care ajut\u0103 la planificarea resurselor companiei, iar 53% au adoptat solu\u021bii bazate pe tehnologia<em> cloud<\/em>. Procesul \u00een sine \u0219i complexitatea tehnic\u0103 reprezint\u0103, pentru 43% dintre responden\u021bi, cele mai mari provoc\u0103ri privind automatizarea.<\/p>\n<p>\u201e\u00centruc\u00e2t companiile se bazeaz\u0103 din ce \u00een ce mai mult pe modele globale de furnizare a serviciilor pentru a oferi mai mult\u0103 valoare la costuri mai reduse, acestea investesc \u00een capacit\u0103\u021bile strategice ale centrelor de servicii suport, cu accent pe competen\u021bele profesionale ale angaja\u021bilor \u0219i pe noile modalit\u0103\u021bi de lucru, \u0219i valorific\u0103 transformarea digital\u0103 pentru a ob\u021bine avantaje competitive. Rom\u00e2nia este una din principalele destina\u021bii pentru centrele de servicii suport din Europa Central\u0103 \u0219i de Est. Sectorul IT, datorit\u0103 dezvolt\u0103rii din ultimii ani, a devenit un factor de atractivitate pentru industriile auto, aerospa\u021bial\u0103, chimic\u0103, pentru agricultur\u0103 \u0219i multe altele\u201d, a declarat, potrivit unui comunicat de pres\u0103, John Ploem, Partener, Delivery Center Enabling Services, Deloitte Rom\u00e2nia.<\/p>\n<p>Din perspectiv\u0103 global\u0103, India r\u0103m\u00e2ne destina\u021bia preferat\u0103 pentru \u00eenfiin\u021barea unor centre de servicii suport pentru cele mai multe domenii (bunuri de larg consum, energie, servicii financiare, telecomunica\u021bii etc.), fiind urmat\u0103 de SUA. De\u0219i nu se afl\u0103 pe primele pozi\u021bii, Portugalia \u0219i Lituania continu\u0103 s\u0103 beneficieze de aten\u021bie \u0219i s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i asigure investi\u021bii \u00een domeniul serviciilor globale de afaceri. Columbia, clasat\u0103 \u00een top zece \u00een 2019, este \u00een continuare atractiv\u0103, dar a ie\u0219it din top \u00een 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Din studiu mai reiese faptul c\u0103 cele mai multe organiza\u021bii sus\u021bin c\u0103 standardizarea \u0219i eficientizarea proceselor reprezint\u0103 principalul lor obiectiv strategic pentru investi\u021biile \u00een domeniul SSC-urilor \u00een 2021, iar 78% l-au atins. Pe locurile imediat urm\u0103toare se afl\u0103 reducerea costurilor (principala prioritate \u00een 2019) \u0219i cre\u0219terea valorii afacerii, care r\u0103m\u00e2n beneficii imediate \u0219i concrete ale \u00eenfiin\u021b\u0103rii unui centru de servicii suport.
