Spre bucuria noastr\u0103, vorbim nu numai de companii multina\u0163ionale cunoscute, care au o politic\u0103 bine conturat\u0103 \u00een domeniul responsabilit\u0103\u0163ii sociale, ci \u015fi de firme locale, mici \u015fi mijlocii, din domenii de activitate diverse, de la produc\u0163ie, p\u00e2n\u0103 la comer\u0163 \u015fi alimenta\u0163ie public\u0103. \u00cen plus, cei mai mul\u0163i dintre beneficiarii no\u015ftri, angaja\u0163i \u00eenainte de pandemie, \u015fi-au p\u0103strat locul de munc\u0103. At\u00e2t angajatorii, c\u00e2t \u015fi tinerii cu dizabilit\u0103\u0163i au beneficiat, inclusiv \u00een perioada pandemiei, de servicii de angajare asistat\u0103 furnizate de echipa noastr\u0103, \u00een cadrul proiectului LEAD\u201d, declar\u0103 Nicolae Dobrescu, director executiv al Funda\u0163iei Health Action Overseas Romania (HAO) \u015fi managerul proiectului \u201eLabour market Employment for young Adults with a Disability \u2013 LEAD\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Proiectul este cofinan\u0163at din EEA and Norway Grants Fund for Youth Employment \u015fi se adreseaza: tinerilor cu dizabilit\u0103\u0163i, cu v\u00e2rsta cuprins\u0103 \u00eentre 15 \u015fi 29 de ani; p\u0103rin\u0163ilor \u015fi apar\u0163in\u0103torilor tinerilor cu dizabilit\u0103\u0163i; companiilor; speciali\u015ftilor \u015fi furnizorilor de servicii de angajare asistat\u0103. LEAD este derulat de un consor\u0163iu transna\u0163ional condus de c\u0103tre Fundatia Health Action Overseas Rom\u00e2nia (HAO), din care mai fac parte parteneri din alte trei \u0163\u0103ri: Valakupiai Rehabilitation Centre (Lituania), Consultis \u2013 Consultoria Empresarial, Unipessoal Lda. (Portugalia) \u015fi Status Employment (Marea Britanie), \u00een calitate de partener expert.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eDe ce ar angaja o firm\u0103 o persoan\u0103 cu dizabilit\u0103\u0163i? Pentru c\u0103, pe de o parte, beneficiaz\u0103 de facilit\u0103\u0163i fiscale deloc de neglijat. A\u015f aminti, de exemplu, subven\u0163ia de 2250 lei\/lun\u0103, acordat\u0103 de stat timp de un an \u015fi jum\u0103tate, pentru fiecare persoan\u0103 cu dizabilitate, absolvent\u0103 a unei institu\u0163ii de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt, angajat\u0103, cu obliga\u0163ia men\u0163inerii raporturilor de munc\u0103 cel pu\u0163in 18 luni. Pe de alt\u0103 parte, apel\u00e2nd la programul nostru de angajare asistat\u0103, serviciile de recrutare, pre-screening \u0219i de formare \u0219i sprijin la locul de munc\u0103 sunt oferite gratuit, \u00een condi\u0163iile \u00een care pe pia\u0163a de profil aceste servicii se ridic\u0103 la circa 600 de euro\/persoan\u0103\u201d, explic\u0103 Nicolae Dobrescu.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright  wp-image-2733\" src=\"https:\/\/ccib.ro\/afacerea\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Valentin_Angajat_Pizzerie-289x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"227\" height=\"236\" srcset=\"https:\/\/revista-afacerea.ro\/afacerea\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Valentin_Angajat_Pizzerie-289x300.jpg 289w, https:\/\/revista-afacerea.ro\/afacerea\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Valentin_Angajat_Pizzerie-985x1024.jpg 985w, https:\/\/revista-afacerea.ro\/afacerea\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Valentin_Angajat_Pizzerie-144x150.jpg 144w, https:\/\/revista-afacerea.ro\/afacerea\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Valentin_Angajat_Pizzerie-173x180.jpg 173w, https:\/\/revista-afacerea.ro\/afacerea\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Valentin_Angajat_Pizzerie-308x320.jpg 308w, https:\/\/revista-afacerea.ro\/afacerea\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Valentin_Angajat_Pizzerie-269x280.jpg 269w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 227px) 100vw, 227px\" \/>Spre deosebire de procesul clasic de plasare de for\u0163\u0103 de munc\u0103, procesul de angajare asistat\u0103 sprijin\u0103 at\u00e2t candidatul, c\u00e2t \u015fi angajatorul. \u00cen ceea ce prive\u015fte candidatul, acesta beneficiaz\u0103 de: profilare voca\u0163ional\u0103, consiliere pentru cre\u0219terea \u00eencrederii \u00een sine, instruire \u0219i dezvoltarea abilit\u0103\u021bilor, preg\u0103tire \u00een vederea angaj\u0103rii, sprijin la locul de munc\u0103 \u015fi \u00een afara lui. \u00cen ceea ce prive\u015fte oamenii de afaceri, pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 serviciile men\u0163ionate anterior, ace\u015ftia beneficiaz\u0103 de asisten\u0163\u0103 \u00een procesul de adapare la locul de munc\u0103 a proasp\u0103tului angajat. Speciali\u015ftii \u00een angajare asistat\u0103 p\u0103streaz\u0103 o leg\u0103tur\u0103 permanent\u0103 cu fiecare angajator \u00eenscris \u00een program, pentru a identifica problemele ce apar pe parcursul procesului de integrare a t\u00e2n\u0103rului \u015fi a le remedia \u015fi lucreaz\u0103 cu membrii echipei pentru a-i ajuta s\u0103 comunice eficient cu acesta. Nu \u00een ultimul r\u00e2nd, echipa de proiect ofer\u0103 informa\u021bii complete despre: eligibilitate, reguli \u0219i proceduri pentru a ob\u021bine beneficiile financiare disponibile pentru angajatorii care integreaz\u0103 tineri cu dizabilit\u0103\u021bi, precum \u015fi sprijin \u00een accesarea efectiv\u0103 a acestora.<\/p>\n<p>Tot \u00een cadrul proiectului LEAD, tinerii cu dizabilit\u0103\u0163i au fost implica\u0163i de c\u0103tre speciali\u015ftii din cadrul Centrelor de Servicii de Angajare Asistat\u0103 \u00een activit\u0103\u0163i de voluntariat \u015fi au beneficiat de sesiuni de consiliere voca\u0163ional\u0103 de grup menite s\u0103 le stimuleze motiva\u0163ia pentru a pune bazele unei schimb\u0103ri atitudinale \u0219i comportamentale, cu scopul de a-\u015fi maximiza \u015fansele de integrare social\u0103 \u015fi profesional\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Datorit\u0103 proiectului LEAD, 265 de tineri cu dizabilit\u0103\u0163i, dintre care 124 din Rom\u00e2nia, au beneficiat de asisten\u0163\u0103 \u00een identificarea abilit\u0103\u0163ilor \u015fi intereselor profesionale, de elaborarea profilelor voca\u0163ionale \u015fi de identificarea unor oportunit\u0103\u0163i de dezvoltare a carierei. De asemenea, 72 de tineri, dintre care 40 \u00een Rom\u00e2nia, au fost angaja\u0163i \u015fi benficiaz\u0103 de sprijin \u00een procesul de integrare la locul de munc\u0103, 28 de tineri dintre care 18 din Rom\u00e2nia au fost implica\u0163i \u00een activit\u0103\u0163i de voluntariat, iar 58 din tineri dintre care 18 \u00een \u0163ara noastr\u0103 au fost \u00eenscri\u015fi la cursuri de formare profesional\u0103. \u00cen plus, datorit\u0103 programului demarat de HAO la Constan\u0163a la finalul lunii august a.c., 16 tineri au participat la sesiuni de consiliere voca\u0163ional\u0103 de grup. De men\u0163ionat c\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 acum 248 de reprezentan\u0163i ai unor firme \u015fi\/sau speciali\u015fti \u00een resurse umane, dintre care 85 \u00een Rom\u00e2nia, au beneficiat de consultan\u0163\u0103 \u00een ceea ce prive\u015fte avantajele angaj\u0103rii asistate, iar 118, dintre care 54 \u00een Rom\u00e2nia, au participat la sesiuni de instruire.<\/p>\n<p>De asemenea, \u00een cadrul proiectului se acord\u0103 o aten\u0163ie deosebit\u0103 p\u0103rin\u0163ilor \u015fi apar\u0163in\u0103torilor tinerilor cu dizabilit\u0103\u0163i. Astfel, ace\u015ftia beneficiaz\u0103, p\u00e2n\u0103 la finele anului 2021, de un pachet de instruire dedicat, validat \u00een perioada iunie-iulie a.c., care le ofer\u0103 informa\u0163ii practice menite s\u0103-i ajute s\u0103-si sprijine copiii \u00een accesarea serviciilor \u015fi tipurilor de suport disponibile pentru integrarea acestora pe pia\u0163a muncii; no\u0163iuni teoretice \u015fi abilit\u0103\u0163i practice pentru a-\u015fi motiva copiii \u00een a ob\u0163ine \u015fi men\u0163ine un loc de munc\u0103, precum \u015fi strategii specifice de abordare individual\u0103 a nevoilor\/dorin\u0163elor tinerilor cu dizabilit\u0103\u0163i \u015fi de dezvoltare a abilit\u0103\u0163ilor acestora de lucru \u00een echip\u0103, de luare a deciziilor \u015fi de rezolvare a conflictelor. 35 de p\u0103rin\u0163i, dintre care 15 din Rom\u00e2nia, au participat deja la sesiuni de instruire individuale \u015fi de grup, cu respectarea m\u0103surilor de distan\u0163are fizic\u0103 \u0219i a dorin\u0163eleor specificate de participan\u0163i, iar 27 de p\u0103rin\u0163i din Rom\u00e2nia \u015fi Lituania au participat la \u00eent\u00e2lniri ale grupurilor suport dedicate.<\/p>\n<p>De peste 25 de ani, echipa Funda\u0163ia Health Action Overseas Rom\u00e2nia (HAO) sus\u0163ine tinerii cu dizabilit\u0103\u0163i din institu\u0163ii ale statului s\u0103 se integreze \u00een societate. \u00cei sprijin\u0103 s\u0103-\u015fi dezvolte abilit\u0103\u0163ile de care au nevoie pentru a duce o via\u0163\u0103 pe deplin independent\u0103, s\u0103-\u015fi fac\u0103 prieteni, s\u0103 g\u0103seasc\u0103 un loc de munc\u0103. De asemenea, lucreaz\u0103 \u00een comunitate cu tinerii cu dizabilit\u0103\u0163i, cu p\u0103rin\u0163ii \u015fi apar\u0163in\u0103torii acestora, dar \u015fi cu firme, dezvolt\u00e2nd programe de angajare asistat\u0103. (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hao.org.ro\/ro\/\">https:\/\/www.hao.org.ro\/ro\/<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p>EEA and Norway Grants reprezint\u0103 contribu\u021bia Islandei, Liechtenstein-ului \u0219i Norvegiei c\u0103tre o Europ\u0103 ecologic\u0103, competitiv\u0103 \u0219i favorabil\u0103 incluziunii.Exist\u0103 dou\u0103 obiective generale: reducerea disparit\u0103\u021bilor economice \u0219i sociale \u00een Europa,\u0219i consolidarea rela\u021biilor bilaterale dintre \u021b\u0103rile donatoare \u0219i 15 \u021b\u0103ri membre ale Uniunii Europene, din Europa Central\u0103 \u0219i de Sud \u0219i \u021b\u0103rile baltice. Cele trei \u021b\u0103ri donatoare coopereaz\u0103 \u00eendeaproape cu UE prin Acordul privind Spa\u021biul Economic European (SEE). \u0162\u0103rile donatoare au oferit 3,3 miliarde de euro prin scheme de subven\u021bii consecutive \u00eentre 1994 \u0219i 2014. Pentru perioada 2014-2021, EEA and Norway Grants se ridic\u0103 la 2,8 miliarde de euro. Priorit\u0103\u021bile pentru aceast\u0103 perioad\u0103 sunt: inova\u021bia, cercetarea, educa\u021bia \u0219i competitivitatea; incluziunea social\u0103, ocuparea \u00een r\u00e2ndul tinerilor \u0219i reducerea s\u0103r\u0103ciei; mediul, energia, schimb\u0103rile climatice \u0219i reducerea emisiilor de carbon; cultura, societatea civil\u0103, buna guvernare \u0219idrepturile fundamentale; justi\u021bia\u0219i afacerile interne.
