Pe m\u0103sur\u0103 ce au \u00eenceput s\u0103 se obi\u0219nuiasc\u0103 cu noua realitate, a ap\u0103rut \u00eentrebarea \u201eCe urmeaz\u0103\u201d? Pentru a \u00een\u021belege cum arat\u0103 noua normalitate, EY a derulat studiul Physical Return to Work Reimagined (PRWR). Potrivit unui comunicat de pres\u0103 emis de EY, acesta a fost realizat pe platforma proprie de crowd-sourcing MillionYou, \u00een perioada iunie &#8211; iulie 2020, pe un e\u0219antion de peste 700 de angajatori din SUA \u0219i Europa.<\/p>\n<p>Studiul constat\u0103 impactul puternic pe care \u00eel are pandemia at\u00e2t asupra activit\u0103\u021bii angaja\u021bilor, c\u00e2t \u0219i a angajatorilor: 60% dintre angajatori consider\u0103 c\u0103 afacerea lor se afl\u0103 \u00eentr-o \u201emare dificultate\u201d, iar 54% dintre angaja\u021bi se declar\u0103 foarte afecta\u021bi de schimb\u0103rile din aceast\u0103 perioad\u0103. \u00cen plus, 59% dintre salaria\u021bi cred c\u0103 organiza\u021biile pentru care muncesc nu sunt \u00eenc\u0103 preg\u0103tite s\u0103 se adapteze la cerin\u021bele \u0219i comportamentele clien\u021bilor post-pandemie.<\/p>\n<p>Conform sursei citate, studiul a analizat schimb\u0103rile din \u0219ase zone cheie ale pie\u021bei muncii, dup\u0103 cum urmeaz\u0103:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Amprenta imobiliar\u0103<\/strong>: 74% dintre companiile chestionate au declarat c\u0103 pl\u0103nuiesc schimb\u0103ri semnificative referitoare la cl\u0103dirile de birouri \u00een care se afl\u0103.<\/li>\n<li><strong>C\u0103l\u0103toriile de afaceri \u0219i mobilitatea<\/strong>: 74% dintre companii se a\u0219teapt\u0103 s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i modifice substan\u021bial politica \u0219i abordarea c\u0103l\u0103toriilor de afaceri<strong>.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00cenv\u0103\u021bare \u0219i dezvoltare<\/strong>: 75% dintre companii \u00ee\u0219i propun schimb\u0103ri importante \u00een dezvoltarea abilita\u021bilor angaja\u021bilor, \u00een principal prin dezvoltarea de platforme de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare la distan\u021b\u0103.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gestionarea for\u021bei de munc\u0103<\/strong>: 49% dintre companii doresc s\u0103 modifice modul \u00een care m\u0103soar\u0103 productivitatea angaja\u021bilor proprii.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Munca de acas\u0103 \u0219i tehnologia<\/strong>: 79% dintre companii sunt \u00een c\u0103utare de echipamente care s\u0103 permit\u0103 angaja\u021bilor s\u0103 lucreze mai bine de acas\u0103.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Flexibilitatea muncii<\/strong>: 78% dintre companii pl\u0103nuiesc schimb\u0103ri semnificative ale politicii privind munca de acas\u0103. Lucrul \u00eempreun\u0103 cu al\u021bii r\u0103m\u00e2ne, \u00eens\u0103, un element cheie al experien\u021bei angaja\u021bilor, c\u0103rora le lipse\u0219te aspectul social de a fi cu colegii. Astfel, la \u00eentrebarea \u201eDe ce v-ar pl\u0103cea s\u0103 v\u0103 \u00eentoarce\u021bi la birou?\u201d, pe primul loc \u00een ierarhia r\u0103spunsurilor oferite de angaja\u021bi se afl\u0103 \u201evreau s\u0103 r\u0103m\u00e2n integrat social\u201d. Pe de alt\u0103 parte, angaja\u021bii \u00ee\u0219i exprim\u0103 interesul \u00een men\u021binerea unui anumit nivel de telemunc\u0103, chiar dac\u0103 aceast\u0103 op\u021biune nu existase \u00eenainte de pandemie: 63% dintre angaja\u021bii care nu au lucrat de la distan\u021b\u0103 \u00eenainte de COVID-19 \u00ee\u0219i doresc s\u0103 munceasc\u0103 de acas\u0103 cel pu\u021bin o zi pe s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u201eVia\u021ba merge \u00eenainte a\u0219a cum ne-o creion\u0103m noi \u00een\u0219ine. Prin urmare, cred c\u0103 este momentul s\u0103 l\u0103s\u0103m viziunea s\u0103 ne conduc\u0103, mai ales c\u0103, la acest moment, nu avem fundamente anterior testate pentru a lua decizii. \u00cen plus, cultura organiza\u021bional\u0103 \u0219i climatul de munc\u0103 sunt acum \u00een dezechilibru \u0219i \u021bine de noi s\u0103 le stabiliz\u0103m. \u00cen implementarea noii viziuni putem lua \u00een calcul o flexibilizare a locului de munc\u0103 \u2013 subiectul zilei \u2013 dar \u0219i a programului, a tipului de norm\u0103 de lucru, precum \u0219i, \u00een general, a modului de contractare a muncii \u0219i de trasare a responsabilit\u0103\u021bilor individuale sau colective\u201d, a afirmat Hora\u021biu Cocheci, director, People Advisory Services, EY Rom\u00e2nia.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen perspectiv\u0103, dintre industriile analizate, companiile din domeniul tehnologiei \u0219i din cel bancar sunt cele mai hot\u0103r\u00e2te s\u0103 fac\u0103 schimb\u0103ri radicale pentru a supravie\u021bui crizei COVID-19. Peste 50% dintre acestea \u0219i-au declarat aceast\u0103 inten\u021bie. Organiza\u021biile din celelalte sectoare analizate, fie furnizoare de servicii (precum servicii medicale, asigur\u0103ri, servicii profesionale), sau din sectoare productive sau retail, opteaz\u0103 \u00een num\u0103r semnificativ mai mic \u00een favoarea unor schimb\u0103ri radicale (aproximativ 30% dintre companiile respondente declar\u00e2ndu-se preg\u0103tite), prefer\u00e2nd, astfel, o abordare de tip \u201eurm\u0103rire \u0219i a\u0219teptare\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Studiul arat\u0103 c\u0103 38% dintre angaja\u021bi \u00ee\u0219i doresc o cre\u0219tere a salariului sau o \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bire a planurilor de bonusare, ca urmare a eforturilor pe care le-au depus de la declan\u0219area crizei sanitare. Aceast\u0103 afirma\u021bie este corelat\u0103 cu declara\u021bia a 47% dintre angaja\u021bi, care spun c\u0103 le-a crescut productivitatea \u00een aceast\u0103 perioad\u0103; cea mai mare cre\u0219tere a eficien\u021bei fiind men\u021bionat\u0103 \u00een r\u0103spunsurile reprezentan\u021bilor genera\u021biilor Y (persoane n\u0103scute \u00eentre 1980 \u0219i 1996), \u0219i Z (persoane n\u0103scute \u00eentre 1996 \u0219i 2010). Aceast\u0103 a\u0219teptare de cre\u0219tere a nivelului de compensa\u021bii nu \u00ee\u0219i g\u0103se\u0219te, \u00eens\u0103, r\u0103spuns \u00een inten\u021biile companiilor: 77% dintre organiza\u021bii se a\u0219teapt\u0103 la sc\u0103deri semnificative ale costului cu for\u021ba de munc\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>\u00centreba\u021bi despre \u00eengrijor\u0103rile pe care le-au resim\u021bit \u00een aceast\u0103 perioad\u0103, \u00eentre 50 \u0219i 70% dintre angaja\u021bi au plasat pe primele locuri: situa\u021bia financiar\u0103 personal\u0103, locul de munc\u0103, s\u0103n\u0103tatea lor, situa\u021bia celor dragi, dar \u0219i evolu\u021bia economiei \u021b\u0103rii. F\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 existe varia\u021bii semnificative \u00eentre \u021b\u0103ri \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te temerile cu care se confrunt\u0103 angaja\u021bii, studiul EY a constatat, \u00een schimb, diferen\u021be \u00eentre genera\u0163ii. Astfel, 72% din responden\u021bii genera\u021biei baby-boomers (persoane n\u0103scute dup\u0103 r\u0103zboi p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een 1965) sunt mai interesa\u021bi de mersul economiei (cifra cu 15-20% mai mare dec\u00e2t a celorlalte genera\u021bii analizate) \u0219i mai pu\u021bin de propriul loc de munc\u0103 (46% dintre ace\u0219ti angaja\u021bi sunt \u00eengrijora\u021bi de pierderea locului de munc\u0103, cu aproximativ 15% mai pu\u021bin dec\u00e2t cei proveni\u021bi din celelalte genera\u021bii).<\/p>\n<p>EY este una dintre cele mai mari firme de servicii profesionale la nivel global, cu 298.000 de angaja\u021bi \u00een peste 700 de birouri \u00een 150 de \u021b\u0103ri \u0219i venituri de aproximativ 37,2 miliarde de USD \u00een anul fiscal \u00eencheiat la 30 iunie 2020. Prezent\u0103 \u00een Rom\u00e2nia din anul 1992, EY este liderul de pe pia\u021b\u0103 serviciilor profesionale.
